How to set up printing (MacOS)

As part of CEWA's printing migration, users can no longer login to their Papercut identity and print via the Papercut web portal.

 

All print jobs must be sent to a new printer called "Find-Me Queue (FF)". To add this new printer:

1. click on the Apple symbol on the top left of your MacBook
2. Select System Settings
3. Scroll to the bottom of the list on the left and select Printers & Scanners
4. Select each printer called Boscoprint and click Remove Printer
6. Select Add Printer, Scanner or Fax
5. Select Find-Me Queue (FF) on the list of devices and click Add in the bottom right of the window

 

When sending your first print job to Find Me Queue (FF) you will be prompted with the window below. Your full CEWA email address and password must be entered into this field in order for the job to reach the printer. Check Remember this password in my keychain, and you won't need to re-enter this details next time.

If you see the Hold for Authentication in print center, click the highlighted 'redo' button and re-enter your username and password:

You can also use your SmartRider or fob to log into the printers. Just touch the SmartRider to the NFC reader to the right of the printer screen then enter your email address and password.
