Overview: Follow the steps below to install Microsoft 365 Applications onto your device. ⚑ You won't be able to use these apps until you sign in with your CEWA account. ⚑ Your CEWA account details will be available to you on the first day of school.
Step 1 - Open Microsoft 365 Download Page
Click on the link below to visit the Microsoft Teams download page.
Download Microsoft Teams for Mac
Step 2 - Download Microsoft 365 for MacOS
Click on the Download for macOS button.
Step 3 - Open Downloads Folder
- Open Finder and click on Downloads folder.
- Double-click on Microsoft_365_and_Office_16.91.24111020_Installer.pkg.
Step 4 - Install Microsoft 365 Applications
You will be guided through the steps to install Microsoft 365 Apps.
1. Click Continue | 2. Click Continue | 3. Select Agree to continue with installation |
4. Select 'Install for all users of this computer' and then press Continue. | 5. Click Install | 6. Enter your Administrator Username and Password. Select Install Software. |
7. Allow this to install. Note this can take some time depending on your network connection. | 8. Select Close. | 9. Click Move to Trash to delete the installation file. |
Important:
As mentioned before, you won't be able to use the Microsoft Applications until you sign in with your school account. If you open any of the Microsoft apps up, you will likely see the following pop-up.
Just close this down and you can sign in on the first day of school after you receive your login details.
