STEP 4 - Install Microsoft Teams

Overview:
Follow the steps below to install Microsoft Teams onto your device.

Step 1 - Open Microsoft Teams Download Webpage

Click on the link below to visit the Microsoft Teams download page. 

Download Microsoft Teams for Mac

Step 2 - Download Teams 

Click on the Download Teams button.

Step 3 - Open Downloads Folder

1. Open Finder and click on Downloads folder.
2. Double-click on MicrosoftTeams.pkg.

Step 4 - Install Microsoft Teams

You will be guided through the steps to install Microsoft Teams.

1. Click Continue.	2. Click Continue.	3. You can change install location or select install to proceed with default location (Applications Folder).	4. Enter your Administrator Username and Password. Select Install Software.
5. Allow installation to finish.	6. Select Allow to enable microphone access on Teams.	7. Once the installation has finished, it will open Microsoft Teams app.
